Bath bombs = Relaxing bath

I love to sit in a nice hot bath after a long day dealing with kids. Usually my bath consist of nothing but hot water. No bubble baths, No bath bombs or even bath salts. It is not because I don’t like them its because I have yet to find one that wont irritate my sensitive skin.

One day I was going through my Instagram when I saw an ad for these really cute hand crafted bath bombs. I noticed first off their special of buy one get one free and secondly their 100 % satisfaction guarantee. Yes in that order because I love sales of all kinds. I also love how cute some of their products look such as the Maple sugar waffle bath bomb. It actually looks like a delicious waffle with whipped cream, butter and maple syrup. Of course you cant eat it. I decided not to try this one quite yet.

I order three bath bombs and two foaming bath bombs. When I was checking out they had asked if I would like to try a Mystery Bath bomb for only $4. So I figured why not, I was getting their buy one get on free offer.

Yes, my doggie baby was in the bathroom while I was taking my bath. As a matter of fact 9 times out of 10 she is there.

I love Lavender. Anything thing and everything lavender. I even love to bake with lavender. So it would make sinse that I got their lavender bath bomb. It smelled so nice. And it seemed to have held up quite nicely during the shipping process.

Ingredients: Sweet Almond Oil,Epson Salts,Bentonite Clay, Lavender oil and flowers.

If fizzed up really nice exposing the wonderful lavender scent. It did so for a couple of minutes, leaving the bath water a slight purple with lavender flowers floating all around me. I just sat there relaxing with my coffee taking in the very fragrant lavender scent. I wonder if my doggie baby could smell it because she curled up on the bath mat falling fast asleep.

I did not want to get out of the bath but I my 9 year old started knocking asking about the bath.

I had an idea… He loves bath bombs but he has eczema real bad on his legs. Poor kid really loves them and bubble baths.( I was not using him as an experiment to be clear but my skin is also very sensitive). I even have to buy us special laundry soaps. But when I got out of that bath my skin was so very soft and I did not itch or break out into a rash. I was going to let him try the bath.

He was really happy and before the water got cold he jumped in and yelled how it smelled pretty. About 10 minutes later he came out dressed in clean pajamas saying how relaxed he felt and that now he smelled pretty like me. He did not itch and did not have any issues with his skin condition. He was actually so relaxed that he wanted to snuggle before he went to bed.

*and please don’t judge. I never who do anything that would harm my kids(sensitive skin) and nothing wrong with my sharing bath water after I am done. Now I would never ever use bath water after my boys.

This is another Lavender one. And it is a foaming bath bomb. To me it was not as fragrant or fizzy as the regular bath bomb. It did however give the bath a nice milky layer of foam that felt like a moisturizer for my skin. It cute little heart shaped bomb did last a good time in the bath. Giving me time to relax(drink my coffee), get out and giving my youngest a turn to enjoy another bath. He loved the foam but like me wished that he could smell more of the lavender. Skin was nice and soft with me still being relaxed. I find it really cute that he checks his legs to make sure it didn’t irritate his skin, smiles and says ” See I can use bath bombs again”

The ingredients: Epson Salts, Kaolin Clay, Safflower Oil

This one really sounded like a nice relaxing summer bath. If I had an outdoor bath tub this one would be great. Peaches n’ Cream Bath Bomb smelled so wonderfully sweet and make me wanting fruit. It fizzled just a short time. Actually faster the the Lavender bomb. What was funny about this one was the unexpected surprise I got once the bomb disintegrated. I felt something moving about my leg and when I finally caught it I saw that it was a cute little slice of a peach soap. I saved that for my son. Silly kid thought it was real. He got in the bath after me, laughed loudly and said it looked like someone Peed in the tub. The color from the bath bomb was actually unbecoming. Later he said that we both smelled good enough to eat. And as with the others our skin felt soft, moisturized and not at all irritated.

I do have the mystery bath bomb to try out along with the Ocean breeze foaming bath bomb. I will once it cools down a bit here( no ac in apt). But, I don’t doubt that they will be just as nice as the ones I tried so far. They have no many other interesting products such as milkshake bath soaks, bubble bath scoops, body scrubs just to name a few. All of which I cant wait to buy and try.

This is the mystery one. I wish that they would have labeled which this was but I looked and assume its the Awaken Your Senses Bath Bomb. Has the scent of Peppermint, Clary Sage and Juniper Berry. Sounds like it would perfect for a Christmas time bath or at least a nice cold windy day. This one will turn your bath water green. Can’t wait to try this one out.

These are all hand made, cruelty/ paraben free, and vegan. They guarantee all their products 100 percent and will exchanged or refund if your not happy. The bath bombs that I purchased were only $6.00 ea. Still have their buy one get one free offer but I have no idea how long that will last. They also have a 10 dollar discount becoming a Nectar Member. Check out their cool selection of bath products at I love their bath bombs especially the lavender one. I will order two of each one for me and one for my son. That way he can get the full experience and not just the left over.

This is all just the opinion of mine and my sons. Not sponsored in any way
